Based on his 20 years of  experience in traditional Chinese medicine, western medicine

And public health, Dr. Weidong Yu gives regular public educational seminars on topics of wellness, health promotion, and self healing therapy.

1. Self-Acupressure Therapy  for stress, anxiety, fatigue, chronic pain.

Taking care of health problem at it’s starting point.

Stress is almost an ‘essential’ part of our modern lifestyle. 70—80 %  of  health problem today is related to stress, from headache, high blood pressure, heart disease, eczema, cold and flu, insomnia, overweight, to anxiety, panic attack, depression, chronic fatigue, stomach ulcer, colitis, hypothyroidism, arthritis and cancer.  Would it be great if we could find a way to reduce the harmful effects of stress, and keep ourselves from getting sick?

Self-Acupressure Therapy ( SAT) is an ancient Chinese healing approach, which is able to offer  natural assistance in our effort to cope with everyday stress. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that stress often cause energy blockage in the body. And the blockage could further lead to physical health conditions later. With Self-Acupressure Therapy, one can effectively reduce or even eliminate the energy blockage in a matter of minutes, and therefore reduce anxiety level, prevent panic and phobia, eliminate negative emotions such as anger, fear, irritability, guilt and jealousy. If one practice SAT on a daily basis, it could offer very valuable protection against harmful effects of stress.

SAT is truly a natural way to health, happiness in our stressful society.
